Coneix Interface
CONEIX work environment
The CONEIX screen is divided in 3 big areas:
- Info Area
- Selection Tabs
- Context Menu
Info Area:
It is the largest area in the Coneix screen. It shows search results and is where the exchange of information between the user and Coneix takes place. Upon entering Coneix, this part of the screen shows the messages that we have pending, of any kind, from calls we received or tasks that have been assigned to us, to general news or comments and messages from our colleagues. This information belongs to the Home tab (see selection tabs). Here is an example of the Coneix Home Tab:
From this screen, by clicking the buttons on the left: news, calls, posts ... we can reply to a message, file it (if you have already done the task or simply read a message) and see the complete list of answers and comments following the thread of a story or Coneix publication.
Selection Tabs
Selection tabs are located at the top of the Coneix screen, just above the information area. We can distinguish upper and lower level tabs. The upper level tabs are always the same, and show us all the information contained in our Coneix, dividing it into large blocks. The lower level tabs vary depending on the selected higher level tab. They limit the information we want to show through subcategories. The info displayed in the information area varies depending on the upper and lower level tabs we have selected. Note that we can switch between tabs at any moment to view other information that interests us.
Context Menu
The context menu is located to the left of the screen, below the menu buttons (see menu buttons). As the name suggests, the menu depends on the context in which it is Coneix, ie your options vary depending on the tabs above and below we have selected.
This menu is not allowed to interact with Coneix, and establish criteria for the information displayed in the information area. At the same time, we can add or modify the information displayed at the time.
This menu is the functional link between the user and the information contained in Coneix.
