Home - Introduction
Shows information we have received, sorted according to different criteria: Last 24hrs, All, My Projects...
Received information may have different formats: message, received call notice, post, post related to a project, meeting minute, marketing post,etc.
For each information group we can create new content or go to its History.
Last 24hrs
Shows posts published within the last 24 working hours.
Shows ALL messages and call notices we have been sent (not only last 24 hrs.).
Icons to the left of each post allow:
Save message so it no longer shows up on Home screen
See thread of related messages
For messages and call notices to no longer appear on Home screen we must click corresponding button .
All
Shows all posts received.
My Projects
Shows posts related to projects user is involved in.
Drafts
Shows all posts user has not yet sent and has saved as drafts.
To the right of each draft you have the buttons which allow you to, respectively: - Edit draft - Publish draft as post - Delete draft
Search
Allows you to search posts following different criteria, types and/or dates.
Filtering criteria are: Types of posts are:
Library
Allows you to search for specific Library type posts according to different criteria, types and/or dates.
Incidents
An incident is a type of post which allows better tracking of problems.
Subtypes of incidents can be created/modified in the Post Type Setup.
An incident may be in one of the following states: Open, Client, Supplier, Closed.
Search shows us a list of incidents according to date range, state or Specified sub-types.
When you create a new incident post you must select a subtype for it.
If the incident number is not automatically generated, enter it in the Incident Number box.
